A lavish party ….

An isolated mansion ….

Two hosts who will do anything to keep their secret.

When husband and wife Claudine and Henry organise their firms Christmas party in a remote mansion, they expect the night to be unforgettable.

But the festive mood quickly turns sour when a sinister gift is unwrapped In the secret Santa game.

As heavy snow traps the guests inside the mountainside lodge, it quickly becomes clear that one of the party is out for revenge.

It’s no longer just about enduring the evening. It’s about making sure you get out alive.

Well this is definitely some secret Santa game you have never played before.

Just when you think this book is good, it gets better. I read the book In one sitting, it definitely had the cannot put down factor.

The story follows three main characters leading their separate chapters and then a fourth secret character who invades the chapters but you do not find out who this is until the end.

I absolutely loved the writing style of the book … how you read about something and then you go back In time to find out the details of this rather than the story being given away at the start.

The book is just one big mystery but half the time you have no idea what the mystery is … you can just feel that something big is going to happen but you do not know what … until it happens.

The characters were written superbly.. I loved Zara and Henry but I never liked claudine, there was always just something about her. Turns out I am an excellent judge of character.

I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves a good thriller with plenty of twists along the way.
